• •Not share your account with unauthorized users
• •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• •Payment: All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR)
• •Methods: We accept bank transfers, UPI, and online payment methods
• •Due Date: Payments are due within 7 days of invoice date
• •Late Payment: Late payments may incur interest charges
• •Refunds: Subject to our Refund Policy

We commit to providing reliable services with the following standards:

• •Uptime: 99.5% uptime for cloud services
• •Support Response: Within 4 hours during business hours
• •Emergency Support: 24/7 for critical issues
• •Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance

You may not use our services to:

• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• •Infringe on intellectual property rights
• •Distribute malware or harmful content
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• •Interfere with or disrupt service to other users

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy laptops and computer shall not be liable for:

• •Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• •Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• •Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

Important: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement under the following conditions:

• •By User: 30 days written notice for any reason
• •By Happy laptops and computer : Immediate termination for violation of terms
• •Effect: All access rights and obligations cease upon termination
